SINGLE PURCHASES AND PERSONAL ORDERS

  • We work very hard to provide customers a wide range of products. They can shop through our website for items available for wholesale and retail.

  • We are a direct manufacturer of footwear and leather goods for decades. We specialize and prioritize bulk orders. Our products are carefully handcrafted by colors, by style and is made by batch. That’s why our production process takes time as we still need to gather single purchases for us to schedule the mass production.

  • Production process starts upon payment confirmation.

  • For orders 12 pcs and below, these are considered retail orders or single purchases.

  • Payment and Shipping options are available upon check out.



HOW DO I PAY?

  • Bank Transfer (BPI and BDO)

  • Gcash

  • Credit Card (Website Checkout)

WHERE CAN I SEND MY PROOF OF PAYMENT?

  • You could check the Payment Form link upon receiving your email confirmation after placing your orders.


I TRIED ACCESSING THE PAYMENT LINK BUT IT WON'T PUSH THROUGH

  • You may reply to your email invoice with your proof of payment. 

UNTIL WHEN CAN I PAY MY ORDER?

  • You can pay any date you want as long as you didn't receive any email confirmation that we have cancelled your orders. Please be reminded that all our items are for pre-order. We will only start the production once we have already confirmed your payment.


 

EVENT SOUVENIRS AND BULK ORDERS

  • We ACCEPT bulk orders for events and for re-selling.

  •  Bulk order starts at 20 pcs per style and color.

  • We accept custom designs for clients who require certain designs that needs to work around on a budget.

CAN I GET MONOGRAMMING OR ENGRAVING SERVICES ON ITEMS I PURCHASE?

  • Yes! For single purchases, you may fill out the text box or notes upon checking out on our website.

  • For bulk orders, we have different types of monogramming and printing services. You may choose from blind stamping, laser engraving and digital print. Just let us know what you need.

 

 

HOW LONG BEFORE I GET MY ORDER?

  • Our usual production process is 2-3 weeks depending on the volume of orders. For Peak Season, production may take longer than usual, about 4-7 weeks. Please note that our production is made per batch. You may check your estimated delivery schedule here Batch Schedule.

I WANT A CURATED BOX, DO YOU HAVE A PRICELIST?

  • We do not have fixed price for curated boxes. Prices depends on the inclusion and the size of the box.
