How to Order?

For retail/personal orders, you may browse all available designs via our website. Payment and Shipping options will be available upon check out.

For event giveaways/bulk orders, that have specific schedule, you may place your orders manually. All you have to do is download our Resellers and Bulk Orders form please don't forget to include the date you'll be needing your gifts.

We accept RUSH orders.

Production Time:

Our usual production process is 2-3 weeks depending on the volume of orders. For Peak Season, production may take longer than usual, about 4-7 weeks. Please note that our production is by batches. You may check your estimated delivery schedule here Batch Schedule.

*shipping fee might change depending on the weight of your orders. Excess fee should be paid by the client upon receiving the waybill.

All our items are made to order unless stated onhand. Production process may take 2-3 weeks for Lean Season. 3-6 weeks for peak season. This might be changed without prior notice due to high volume of orders and availability of materials. Please observe our Batch Schedules for the estimated date of arrival of your orders.
