Return and Exchange Policy

All our items are for pre-order, we allow return, exchange and refunds.

What qualifies for returns and exchanges/refund?

1. Defective items upon receipt.

2. Misspelled Monogram

3. Stains that cannot be removed

4. Wrong Item/Color

Note: Courier mishandling are not covered with this policy. We never fold our products when shipping out to our customers. If you think your parcels are mishandled, please message us at leathergoodsmanila@gmail.com

Do I need to shoulder the shipping fee for faulty items?

No. LGM will shoulder all the shipping expense.

I received incomplete items what should I do? 

In case you received incomplete items, please inform us ahead of time so we could further investigate it with our team. LGM will send the lacking items without extra cost once proven incomplete. There are instances that this could really happen to our team because all of our items are handmade, personalized and has variety of colors.
