Do you accept pencil bookings?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate tentative pencil bookings due to our high daily booking volume. We strictly require a downpayment for reservation; no payment, no reservation.

 

How to secure a slot?

Please complete our reservation form, and ensure a 50% package deposit. You may include the transportation fee in the remaining balance, due on or before the event. Please be advised that we will not honor booking form without payment attachment as we receive bookings daily.

 

Do you use real leather?

Our products are made of high quality synthetic leather

 

What are the colors available?

When can I send my chosen items?

You can send the list of your chosen items 1 month prior the event.

 

Do you customize items that isn’t in your catalog?

Certainly, you can share your reference image, and we'll replicate it. This service is complimentary when booking our luxe package. For other packages, there's a requirement of 30pcs per style.

 

I want to add our wedding monogram how much will be the additional fee?

For basic, standard and intimate, additional ₱2,500

for premium & luxe ₱1,500.

Can I add more colors?

Yes, For basic, standard and intimate, Additional ₱250

How can i ensure all guests will receive a souvenir?

We'll hand over the complimentary claim stubs to your coordinator for distribution and request your guest list to verify it during the claiming process.

 

What will happen to the unclaimed items?

We will handover the remaining items to your coordinator post-event.

What is your requirement for the set-up?

We generally begin preparations two hours in advance of the event's start time. To facilitate our setup, we kindly request a shaded area with access to electricity and a space measuring about 7ft x 4ft near the registration area.
